My work began in telecommunications engineering, specialising in radio frequency optimisation. That experience gave me a precise and intuitive understanding of how frequency governs function, not just between devices, but in all systems.
That work laid the foundation for my current domain. I now apply that engineer’s lens to the most complex system: the human body. What was once about optimising signal clarity between towers now translates to restoring coherence across both physiological and cognitive functions alike.
Moving in professional circles, I repeatedly saw a pattern that clinical frameworks often couldn’t pin down: successful people carrying high responsibility coping with chronic tension, fatigue, pain, and the daily pressure of navigating high-stakes situations without a clear tool for resolution. Beneath the visible success, the system was absorbing the load.
I came to know this pattern firsthand. In my early thirties, amid a high-stakes chapter of life, I moved from health and vitality into a state of chronic exhaustion and various pains that were profoundly out of sync with my age. My body felt decades older than my years – body, mind, and circumstances were all in sync with the strain.
That crisis did not end quickly. It deepened over years, under the circumstances at the time, until it reached a profound physical and emotional turning point.
It was there, in that depth, that I came across Méthode Vibraction® – bypassing the analytical mind to turn toward sensation and challenge rather than away from it. The shift was tangible and non-linear: various pains resolved. Patterns reorganised across interactions and relational dynamics. I committed to understanding the mechanism fully, pursued formal training, and took the work beyond its original framework, integrating it into my own discipline. I began exploring the connection between radiofrequency engineering and real-world application of frequencies in the human body and its overall vibration – and this is how Engineering Somatics™ was born.
This is the basis of the vibrational recalibration I now apply in high-responsibility contexts. Whether the pressure comes from the boardroom, the home, or sustained high-performance, the physiological response is the same. And so is the solution.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, I work with clients worldwide, in three languages: English, French, and Levantine Arabic. I am also currently completing my International Trainer certification with Méthode Vibraction®, contributing to its expansion into other languages.
What defines this methodology is its structure: it builds autonomy rather than dependency, and the capacity to recognise dysregulation, release accumulated load, and return to a coherent state autonomously.
This work restores internal authority. For those who carry responsibility at the highest level, that is the foundation of sustained performance.
