Somatic Frequency Optimisation
Frequency optimisation is familiar in telecommunications. In the human body, less so.
The same physical principles apply; when a signal is distorted, measurable effects follow, whether in radio transmission or biological systems. We apply RF engineering principles to the human body, identifying and recalibrating points of stagnation within its vibrational structure to regulate the nervous system.
Mechanism
Encoding
Experience is encoded in the body through measurable physiological response. Under sustained pressure, stress responses become automatic, shaping nervous system regulation, behaviour, and the physical patterns seen in chronic stress and burnout.
Recalibration
Recalibration addresses signal distortion within the body’s regulatory system, reducing accumulated noise and restoring frequency stability toward its innate baseline. As interference decreases, chronic stress responses settle, physical symptoms stabilise, perception becomes clearer, relational dynamics shift, and reactions to external circumstances change. The same environment begins to produce different outcomes because the underlying signal has changed.
Autonomy
Over 12 weeks, the method is embedded directly into daily life. Rather than requiring separate practice, it is applied in real time during meetings, decision-making, high-pressure conversations, and periods of stress. Regulation becomes immediate and self-directed. Release happens as situations arise, allowing clarity and composure under load. Stability is no longer session-dependent; it becomes part of everyday performance.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is this work?
This work applies frequency optimisation principles from RF engineering to the human system. It addresses how stress, trauma, and sustained pressure become physiologically encoded within the body as fixed regulatory patterns. Through targeted recalibration, these patterns complete and release, restoring signal stability and internal coherence.
The result is reduced chronic stress activation, increased body awareness, and greater autonomy in responding to pressure and emerging symptoms. Outcomes include direct improvement in physical symptoms, more stable physiological functioning, increased vitality, clearer decision-making, healthier relational dynamics, stronger team cohesion, and sustained performance under pressure.
Who is it for?
This work is designed for high-capacity individuals whose level of responsibility exceeds their current internal regulation. It is for those who maintain external success while internal stability becomes progressively less reliable.
It is particularly relevant for those who:
-
Carry sustained leadership pressure and feel its physiological impact
-
Experience chronic stress, fatigue, or early signs of burnout despite high performance
-
Experience recurring illness or persistent physical pain without clear resolution
-
Wake unrefreshed, experience disrupted sleep, or struggle with recovery
-
Notice unexplained weight gain or metabolic changes despite disciplined habits
-
Experience brain fog or reduced clarity despite strong intellectual capability
-
Rely on alcohol, food, overwork, or other compulsive behaviours to regulate stress
-
Are highly perceptive and absorb environmental tension without stable internal containment
-
Experience recurring friction in professional collaborations, strained workplace dynamics, or partnerships that repeatedly break down
-
Notice that external success is not translating into stability at home or in close relationships
This work is not for passive self-improvement. It is for individuals prepared to take structural responsibility for their regulation and its impact on the environments they lead.
When the regulation of those carrying responsibility stabilises, the environments they lead stabilise with them.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Coaching primarily works through dialogue, insight, behavioural strategy, or cognitive reframing. Some forms of therapy also rely on conversation, while others involve the therapist guiding or intervening in the process.
This work operates at the level of frequency and signal stability within the human body. It works through frequency-level recalibration of encoded patterns, restoring internal coherence at source.
At the heart of this work is autonomy. The client remains the primary actor in the process. The method establishes direct self-regulation and recalibration within the body, rather than relying on external intervention.
Is this work suitable for everyone?
No. This work is designed for individuals who are capable of self-observation and prepared to take responsibility for their own regulation. It requires active participation and a willingness to engage directly with internal processes.
Are there any contraindications?
The method has demonstrated no contraindications in its application. This work does not substitute medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional and may be undertaken alongside such care where appropriate.
What evidence supports this work?
The evidence rests on three pillars: established physics, measurable biology, and real-world application.
RF waves interacting with human tissue have been documented for decades, including extensive research by the U.S. Air Force and Army on how electromagnetic fields affect neurological function and cellular activity.
We also know that the body generates measurable frequencies internally, which were first recorded in the 1920s by German psychiatrist Hans Berger using EEG.
The body responds to both external waves and the frequencies it generates internally. Tools like Healy and Apollo Neuro demonstrate that frequency-based modulation is commercially validated and widely used.
The method applies these principles directly, ensuring a state where the brain amplifies internal signals and directs a new wave towards the point of stagnation, generated with a matching frequency. The repeated practice over several weeks locks in integration across the whole system.
While only recently expanding to the English-speaking world, Méthode Vibraction® (founded 2017) now has 300+ practitioners across the French-speaking world. Thousands of client sessions and testimonials, along with over 300 published practitioner theses documenting three-month clinical follow-ups, provide real-world validation.
Physics, biology, and application converge. Internal and external frequencies can align into coherence, and that coherence recalibrates the entire system.
Can this work be integrated with other methods?
There is no inherent incompatibility with other approaches.
However, it is preferable to focus on one active recalibration process at a time, particularly during the 12-week engagement. Engaging in multiple interventions simultaneously can make it difficult to clearly observe and quantify change. For this reason, a contained and dedicated period of application is recommended until integration is established.
Is online work as effective as in person?
Online delivery is highly effective and has been the primary format of this work. It allows the method to be applied directly within your real-world environment, embedding it within daily performance.
What is Méthode Vibraction® and how does it relate to your work?
Méthode Vibraction® was developed in France by Speech Therapist Hélène Pavot. It has has been applied in clinical and professional contexts across the French-speaking world.
My work integrates this foundation with RF engineering principles and system-level frequency optimisation.
