The Team Protocol
2-hour interventions
Recalibrate the team as a shared system.
Teams under sustained pressure develop a shared state. Meetings that circle without deciding, friction that recurs between the same people, a quiet caution that slows everything down. These are usually treated as communication problems or strategy problems, and addressed with more process. The pattern persists because the load sits below the level that process reaches.
The Team Protocol works with that shared state directly. Rather than coordinating individuals, it recalibrates the field the team operates from, so decisive action, cohesion, and sustained performance return without needing to be enforced.
Delivered as two-hour interventions, either as a one-off for an immediate lift before a critical period, or as a weekly series where the change needs to hold through sustained load. Scope and format are defined per engagement, because what a leadership team of five carries is different from what a department under restructure carries.
The work is done with the team present, on site at your premises or online, and requires no disclosure of personal history from anyone involved.
Read the shared state
Identifying the collective pattern the team is operating from, which is rarely what the team itself names as the problem.
Recalibrate the field
Working with the shared state directly, so what has been held between people resumes movement.
Hold it under load
Cohesion and decisive action that remain available when pressure returns, rather than requiring constant management.
Common questions
How large can the team be?
The work suits leadership teams and intact working groups. Scope and format are defined per engagement, so team size is discussed at the Initial Exchange.
Is it one session or a series?
Both are offered. A one-off gives an immediate lift, often before a critical period. A weekly series is used where the change needs to hold through sustained load.
Does anyone have to share personal history?
No. The work is somatic and collective. It requires no personal disclosure from participants.
When the pattern is collective, the field itself is recalibrated.
